GROUP LESSONS
Yoga lessons are availablein small groups at the garden dojo five times a week, in the morning and at sunset.

Attentively guided by verbal instruction, magery, demonstration, and hands-on direction, you will explore yoga in a way that is practical and beneficial.

 

 

YOGA AND SURFING
True strength, endurance, conscious breath and a wider range of motion are developed trough this approach. Our surfer yoga instructors understand the importance of being able to move with looseness and freedom, they are super stoked to share their experience with you.

 

 
 

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS
Traditionally, yoga was taught one-on-one. Private lessons provide a setting in which your individuality can be completely addressed. Yoga postures and breathing exercises are selectively chosen and developed to meet your specific needs
